  We loved staying at Kandé! One of the best accommodations we had in Sri Lanka with beautiful scenery, kind and welcoming people and delicious local food. The room and surrounding... read more area were just sooo soothing and so beautifully decorated.
The only minus was that we stayed for only one night, such a shame that we didn’t get to stay for longer, but that we will fix next time we visit.

  Málokedy dávam 5* ale toto ubytovanie si ich naozaj zaslúži. Neskutočne nádherné prostredie kopcov Kandy, mimo ruchu mesta ale zároveň v dochádzkovej vzdialenosti. Približne 40 minút peši do centra. Okolie... read more 100% bezpečné, ani večer sme sa necítili v ohrození.
Ubytovanie je skvost dizajnu a architektúry. Nádherné detaily s dušou dotvárajú úžasný zážitok z pobytu. Ako krásna bodka na záver je samotná pani domáca. Úžasné tipy, skvelé jedlo (odporúčam si priplatiť za večere) a celkovo priateľský prístup vytvorili z pobytu naozaj príjemný zážitok. Zatiaľ najlepšie ubytovanie na Srí Lanke. Ak by sme sa raz vrátili, tak Kandé by bola jednoznačná voľba znova.

It is located in a beautiful and tranquil area and looks just like on the... read more photos - very traditional and authentic. The room had everything we needed, was spacious and clean. Our hosts were super welcoming and friendly - we especially enjoyed the traditional breakfast and treat we got served upon arrival. Overall we would definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling to Kandy. Thank you so much for hosting us and a special thank you to Sirini for being a wonderful host!
